How do payments work?

Can I cancel anytime?

Do I need my own agent account?
No. Bring your own agent for free (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot and more — the CLI links it once), or run a CodeAgent agent on prepaid usage credits with nothing to link. Standard credits run DeepSeek V4, DeepSeek V4 Flash and Qwen3 Coder; Frontier credits run Codex at higher quality and higher cost per task.
How does pay as you go work with my plan?
Two separate things. Your plan (Free or Pro) covers the app: daily limits, devices, cloud workspaces, Team Spaces. Usage credits pay for CodeAgent agents, per task: each task is billed as the agent works, the cost is shown as it runs, and the agent stops when your balance hits zero — no surprise bill. Packs start at $10, credits never expire, and they work on Free and Pro. Pro includes $1 in credits to start.
Does the free tier work with all agents?
Yes. Free and Pro both support the same set of agents (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, JetBrains AI, terminal workflows). The Pro-gated things are the daily quotas, the device and collaborator counts, the self-hosted deploy plane (run the agent on your own server/VM), Agent Toolkit integrations (Atlassian — Jira + Confluence), persistent cloud previews, priority infrastructure, and the exportable agent-action audit log.
